Questions about social media can become strangely hard to put down. Serum exists to turn an endless scroll into a finite report: something you can review slowly, think about clearly, and then step away from.

We believe clarity should help you return to yourself. Sometimes a report brings reassurance. Sometimes it confirms that a boundary or conversation is needed. Serum does not tell you what to feel; it gives you a steadier place from which to decide.

Who We Are

Serum is built by Heroic, a product studio and agency. The first version was made for our own client work because the available tools either asked for too much access or returned too little useful context. The product has grown from the questions real people brought us.

Why We Built This

A profile is a presentation. The public accounts around it can add context, but they still do not tell you everything about a person or their intentions. Serum organizes those accounts so you can look for patterns without pretending that one follow is a verdict.

People use Serum to understand their own feed, settle questions in a relationship, review an influencer before a deal, or examine public brand-safety signals. Whatever brings you here, we want the report to reduce noise—not create more of it.

Trust & Security

Serum is TAC Tier 2 ESOF verified. We don't require software installs. Your data stays private to your account and we don't sell it. Everything runs through the browser with no sketchy third-party plugins or extensions.
